one other thing to note is that we're at 70% traffic now in the U.S. so on search.msn.com you will see either adCenter ads (70%) or Overture ads (30%) depending on which cookie you have.
does this help? let me know if i'm misunderstanding your question.
thanks,

Well, I have an order which is targeted specifically to USA. Now, when I search for my keywords from Hungary, where I am located, I don't see my ad. I know that it is running because I'm being billed for clicks and I'm at the 1st. place. So I tried surfing using a USA-based proxy server, and then I saw my ad.. that's what made me think that when I use search.msn.com from outside the USA, I only see ads that were targeted to my country or to all countries, but don't see ads that were targeted to USA.
The same thing happens with Google, but there I can simply add '&gl=us' and I see US-targeted ads, like I was searching from the US.
Using a proxy server is a workaround, but it's slow and very often closes so I need to find another one..
Hope this time I explained better. Sorry for my english...
Thank you,
Eyal
