MSN Billing Problems

Got caught off guard with a big bill

To make a long story short, my balance jumped about $1300 overnight!

Apparently, their billing has been WAY behind.

Basically, I don't have a problem with paying for the traffic, but here is the problem...

Because I don't know how much I will be charged for certain orders, especially when I run test campaigns, I wasn't able to make a change to my max CPC until MSN decided to take a weeks worth of billing and drop it on me unexepectedly...Most traffic I have no problem paying for...But some, I would have changed if their reporting was somewhat timely...

MSN, you have got to get this as close to real time as possible...

And I called customer service on this issue...absolutely no help...

I have no problem with billing being delayed 3-6 hours. For me, I check yesterday's data at 9AM every day so I haven't hit any problems. I haven't tried MSN yet, but if they delayed billing by a week that would pose a serious problem.

Is their program still considered beta?
