IE Crashes when using MSN AdCenter

I spent an hour on the phone with support on this subject and didn't get anywhere. I was wondering if anyone else was having these problems.

There are two times when Internet Explorer will always crash while I'm using AdCenter. First, if I try to export a report the browser closes and crashes. Second, if I click on "help" the browser doesn't close, but it freezes and crashes.

Anyone else having issues like this?

I also had IE crash on me when using AdCenter. It kept on getting stuck in the same spot on their site. I don't recall what page it was but I have to say it was frustrating. I use Firefox on all other sites and only use IE when using AdCenter. However, deleting my cookies, rebooting my computer and returning to the site seemed to fix it for me.

we're unable to repro adCenter crashing when exporting reports. is this still happening for you? which browser and version are you using?

I ended up just disabling all extensions in my browser. The only one I know about was the Google toolbar. Everything worked after that.

Do you know of any place in IE where I can see a list of extensions that the browser is using and do you know of any extensions that would cause a conflict with AdCenter?
