Big drop in Bing/Yahoo paid clicks

I have seen a big drop over the last week or so of paid clicks. One thing I do see is Credit Carma ads (10 best Credit Cards for 2017) and other credit card ads in the top positions for areas that these ads should not be showing up. Anyone else see unrelated ads popping up in their keyword categories or a drop in clicks?

Ok, now I am seeing a Life Alert ad (for older people) in an unrelated keyword. I wonder if bing is having a problem, or are these advertisers amateurs and don't understand broad match.... Just seems to be a slew of them recently.
