How does a company become Bing certified

I see how to become Bing certified as an individual but I can't find anything on how to get your company certified. How does a company become a Bing Ads Accredited Professional Company? The only thing I can find is one website said they contacted the Bing Ads partner management team in order to become accepted. Is this just a phone call and if so what is the number?
