This is my first stab at adcenter and right off the bat I was charged $64.46 for two clicks? My products cost on the average about 10.00. I set up my click bids.05 to test page placements and everything looked fine but evidently there is something called a content search bid that did not appear on my screen. Who pays 32.00 a click? I did not even know there was such a thing. I talked with the adcenter reps and they agreed to credit me but I never received the credit and I have been given the run around for almost a month.
The adcenter work is outsourced to a company that is very suspicous because you cannot contact there supervisors or higher ups if a problem arises, you get caught in the the call center and they just are not helpful and they also refuse to tell you the name of the company, it is not Microsoft.
I really wanted to use this service but I have paused it as it looks that Microsoft is not recognizing that there is a problem with their partner. The next thing that happened was I was billed for 128.92, and again for 64.46 they were authorizations made by this outsourcer who then claimed oh the rep made an error, only after four phone calls
I have a specialist from Microsoft who is supposedly trying to fix this but still no results
Thumbs down to microsoft adcenter and google adwords gives you mysterious clicks but no sales
Where do I go from here?

Maybe the people left over from Overture / Yahoo are running the call center. A more immoral group of people would be hard to find.
