I never had a problem with Microsoft Ads until they did this merger with Yahoo. Now I can’t get historical billing data. All I want to know is the charges to the credit card on file during Sept and Oct so I can match it to what the credit card company says. For years, this info was easy to get on Microsoft. For the past couple weeks, it has not been available.
I either get a message that "Microsoft adCenter is experiencing problems" or it shows no charges, even though I know there have been thousands of dollars in charges.
I understand that Microsoft has had some problems with the transition, but this is getting old fast. I paused my campaigns until they can get this resolved.
