Hello, i have one question for you.
I am currently running campaigns on Yahoo search marketing all over the world. Of course these campaigns are running also on Bing for most of the countries. I would like to know if i have to signup also on Microsoft adcenter for run campaigns on the countries where the Bing network is not related to YSM (UK, USA, France, Singapore)
