I don't see any current information for webmasters interested in joining the MSN Publisher program (instead of advertising).

With Yahoo Publisher Network closing soon, this would be a good time for MSN to recruit new publishers for their program.

True - be aware that MSN publisher is still beta...

MSN publishers are not allowed to talk about the program, so there you have it...
