Several of the campaigns that are in 'pending' status are showing click results through Google Analytics. Anyone else seeing the same thing?
Does anyone happen to know where the ads are appearing?
We've had several people search on MSN for the terms that say they are live and are showing results via AdCenter, but we haven't been able to find the actual PPC Advertisements.
(We have the budget set to run until depleted)
Unfortunately, I had to shut the campaign down because it looks like I misused the {param1} filed in the URL. adCenter does not update ad changes quickly so I will just give it a day or two and hope that the correction is picked up.
Anyway I'm getting some clicks but as it says pending approval I'm still thinking maybe they will be stopped.
Let us know when this is fixed.
Thanks
i have a couple things to let all of you know. first of all, we definitely hear your frustrations with the approval process. hammering out the editorial processes are high on our list. we're still building out how these work, making the processes more robust, and with each release we expect more improvements.
that said, while we're working on improvements, the best way for you to get your ads and keywords out of "rejected" status is to contact our support team [support.adcenter.msn.com] and fill out the appeals template.
another thing re: what happens when you first submit your ads and keywords (this gets us back to the top of this thread).
1. once you submit your ads, they go live.
2. they remain live while they're in the queue pending review. we have a big backlog right now, so this could be a couple days.
3. once they're reviewed they're either rejected or approved.
long story short, your ads stay live while pending approval.
please let me know if you have questions and i'll do my best to answer. and as always, keep your feedback coming.
thanks,

I submitted 11 on Tuesday and I've only heard back on one. Every single rejected keyword was approved. I need to submit about 30 more but I've been waiting to see if a more streamlined process would be developed. I guess not.
AWA---what should I do about expediting this process. I understand you're trying to streamline it. But can't you get some more people on review to fix the backup?
Also, you opened up signups again today. If you can't handle the volume of approvals right now, why would you add more accounts to the problem?
Constructive suggestion 2:
If the algorithm which rejects keywords is currently doing a poor job, how about having each batch of rejections automatically get a quick human look-over before they are marked as rejected? At least until the algorithm is improved.
your ad is probably showing. some stats in certain areas take quite a while to update
