Frustration Personified

Well after the frustrations of using Adcenter at the beginning of last year I had to take a rest from it as I was close to break down - it just wound me up everytime I used it.

Anyway I had to log into to get a report today and unfortunately it still seems to as bad as ever. Quite simply the most confusing interface of any application I have ever used.

Can anyone say anything good about it? I just feel sorry for the guys who work on support it must be dreadful.
