error during creating Campign in MSN

I am facing this problem during creating campaign in MSN Adcenter

error during creating campaign in msn after completed setting tab

following error

"the financial status of this account needs to be resolved before you can complete this action.Please click the accounts & billing tab, go to the account list page,and review the information in the financial status column".

I already paid my pending bill

Please guide

Has the payment actually cleared?

Check the "Financial Status" column. It should say "No hold". If this is not the case, then the payment might not have cleared as yet. I would give it 24 hours then call MSN.
