How to signup to MSN adcenter

Hi

How would I sign up to MSN adcenter?.I tried to set up a account for me. It says I should supply the email address which got the invitation.Could somebody help me.How I can get the invitation. or is there a way I can join without the invitation.

Right now it is invitation only.

Your can sign up for the pilot program here:

[advertising.msn.com...]

I'm not sure how long it takes to get an invitation, I managed to get in yesterday during the open registration.
