Forum Moderators: werty
I just upped the CPC bid over 50% on an adgroup which had been successfully running for over 6 months, and 1 hour later it's now invalid due to "Inaccessible website - Style guidelines - Technical requirements - Landing page content not relevant".
Which one is it, MSN? What's the problem? And why was it fine for 6 months?
Adcenter will never succeed until it gets rid of it's ridiculous editorial process.
So I called up customer support and about 10 minutes into holding I figured I'd check my ads again just to make sure I wasn't totally crazy. Whaddya know, they were all back again. Hmmmm. Something's not right.
Then I went back and checked a new campaign I'd started and saw that the ads were disapproved because of junk like rehabguy says..."Inaccessible website - Style guidelines - Technical requirements - Landing page content not relevant"
Totally BS because I have other ads pointing to the exact same landing page with the same KWs (different geotargeting) and they're fine. They even had two more nutty disapproval reasons on a couple of ads--gambling and adult content. Uh no, not even close.
Then I made a new ad with a different headline and it was approved in about 5 minutes.
Come on MSN get it together. I know you guys have got enough money to fix this stuff.
