You can use the {adid} variable in your destination URL to know which ad is being clicked but where can you find the "adid" value in the reports?

I can't find it anywhere.

Not sure if you would look in the reports - I'd use that to be adding information to my tracking/analytics system. The "Ad performance" report would give you the data server side, but you don't need to append adid to get that.

Thanks so much for replying.

I guess what I'm not clear on is that if you do use the {adid} variable in your analytics package how do you match that value to the ads you are split testing in your adgroups?

Say I have 3 ads I am testing for one adgroup, I can get the adid of each ad but there is no way to match that ID up with the ad text because the adid is not made available in any reports.

This seems to make the {adid} variable almost useless.

Does that make any sese?
