Conversion Tracking Gets Turned OFF

With no apparent reason

Logged in yesterday to make some changes and check the performance of 2 AdCenter accounts. I already had conversion tracking installed and enabled for both accounts.

Log in this morning and the conversion tracking is turned off for both accounts. Instead of seeing the number of conversions, it said "Off (Enable?)" and the enable text linked to a page to enable tracking and provided the code snippet.

Gave MS a call and they have no reason as to why this happened...way to go! I have lost important data for my accounts = not happy.

Yes, I'm seeing the same thing with just one of my campaigns. I have to repeatedly go back in and switch conversion tracking back on, very annoying.

conversion tracking is turned off AGAIN. I just had the support ticket closed last week because everything seemed fine. Login today and the conversion tracking is off again...

This is still happening for me, usually occurs when I have added, deleted or edited something and then the conversion tracking gets turned off. This one is very annoying, 'Phil' at AdcenterEU is aware.

Yeah I cant view reports and it just so happens Im in the middle of a big test and spending a of of money in the process.

I called and asked when the problem will be fixed and they say they dont have a time frame. What bs.

Now I cant eve change my bid amount. Im forced to may a higher amount that I dont wish to pay!

I got word from our Support team that they isolated this issue and fixed it - the fix was verified on 6/15.
