I've only just started with PPC & webmasterworld.com and this forum seems like a nice group of individuals which is cool to find :)
The reason I post is becase I'm having a spot of trouble uploading German/French keywords to MSN adCenter. I've tried uploading using the EN/US template but it flatly refuses to accept it. I called MSN yesterday and was told that the template for uploading French keywords was different from the EN/US one, and also that MSN dont do targeted searches for Germany.
MSN also suggested I call the Frenchies and check to see if they could give me the proper template. I did this and was confronted with a rather angry sounding French ladie who it turns out was telling me that MSN(FR) dont accept calls from outside France, which was nice. Another phone call later the MSN guy tells me that he can e-mail me a link to the french web/e-mail contact form (since it too is hidden for me). This being easter weekend I doubt I will hear back from them before Wednesday next week at the earliest.
The other thing is that I checked and MSN do infact do targeted searching for DE/German searches from msn.de.... thus more confussion to be had :¦
If anybody could explain to me what I need to do in order to upload my French/German keywords I would be very much obliged :)
(if its just a case of a different template, column headers would suffice)

I'm sorry you've had an under-whelming customer experience with adCenter so far and I hope to restore your faith in our product.
adCenter has launched in France on MSN.fr but not in Germany just yet - so the sponsored links you see on MSN.de are provided by our partner Yahoo! Search Marketing, who I'm sure would be happy to help you get your ads live on MSN.de
Are you using adCenter in English or French as you should see no problems with the template in French or English - no matter what language you have adCenter set to display in.
If you can give me a bit more detail and repro steps to the issue I'll try and help or sticky mail me with your account details and I'll have one of our adCenter guys give you a call.

I've created another account for the French region and will use that in future. As for Germany I've started out recently in Yahoo/Overtire too so hopefully that will get us some more clicks.
