To expand the "no" slightly, Microsoft, currently, do not have a program similar to Yahoo or Google for webmasters to add their sites.

sorry. honestly didn't mean to come off abruptly. no, msn doesn't have that feature. they have recently launched a beta program with content match, so it can't be TOO far behind. After all, they've got pretty low exposure volume right now. Just look at webmasterworld! Yahoo has their own entire section, as does Google. MSN? A subsection of 'The Advertising World'.

Yahoo's publisher program is really primitive. Even with the "Panama" hype released.
