Advertising in Windows Live Messenger

How to make my first step?

Hi all,

I've always seen ads at the bottom of my messenger's control panel or at the bottom of my conversation box. I want to know how do I advertise there? Is this under Micorsoft AdCenter?

Please advise me.. Appreaciate it a lot. :)
