I upped my bids on a keyword to a very high level, yet I just can't seem to move up another spot. I've waited about 20 minutes and no budge, even with bids really high bids. Had the top spot, and affiliate grabbed it and now I can't get it back.
Should I wait overnight? Does it take that long to apply changes? I know the system is pretty slow.
