take a look at the email msn support sent me. when i phoned msn support they said it was not true. the link in the email is a bad link, and with outlook or outlook express you can not reply to msn ad center support emails.

I do apologize but at the present time Microsoft adCenter is unable to take any more application for the Microsoft adCenter API Partner do to a technical issue with the application.

If you would like to apply for the API Partner you would first have to apply for Premium account which means you will have to spend spend between $2,500 and $10,000 per month on Microsoft adCenter campaigns are eligible for the select advertiser program. Advertisers who spend more than $10,000 per month on Microsoft adCenter campaigns are eligible for the premium advertiser program.

To sign up for the Premium account please go to the following website;

[advertising.msn.com...]

Once the application has been submitted the sales team will review their submissions and contact them by telephone or by e-mail.

After you have become a Premium account holder with Microsoft adCenter and once the technical issue with the API application has been repaired you may apply for a API Partner. The API application error should be up and running in the New Year.

If you have any other questions concerning this matter, or if you have any questions concerning your Microsoft adCenter Account, please feel free to contact us at any time and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for choosing Microsoft adCenter.

Sincerely

Steve
