I noticed my ads were not showing, I was spending no money. Incompetent MSN reps stated to raise my budget. Turns out they were looking at an account that was not mine. How does this happen when I submit the ticket directly through the MSN website, I'll never know. So, I ask to escalate, the obnoxious rep states she will not because I need to raise my budget. I explain and educate her about ppc and all the matches and everything she should already know.
Come to find out my ads were not showing due to a financial hold for $9. We spend a lot more than that per hour. Put through the financial force. No ads showing, was told could take 1-3 hours. Not there after 3 hours, I get same rep again. Since I got awful info from her previously, I setup a completely new account on the non-beta adcenter. Everything is running there, I have no CTR history, but, whatever, its not like I have any other options.
The financial hold cleared in the account and, I received a call saying I was all set.
Well, I wasn't. Although the account is cleared of the financial hold, whenever I try to change something in the campaign, I get an error stating my financial status does not permit this. Are you kidding? Meanwhile, after further demands for escalation, I get another email from the same incompeted rep that there is some "system delay".
So, my ads in the campaign I have been building since day one have been effectively shut down from MSN FOR OVER 10 DAYS because I agreed to experiment with the MSN Content network. Learn from my mistakes.
In case anyone competent from MSN is reading, please research issue 1025426778. We are demanding an advertising credt. Please do not have the same rep call or email me.
