I understood it was a way to help people get their campaigns from Adwords running on MSN quickly. But I had thought it only applied to new customers. As I'd already created an account, and started adding campaigns, it didn't apply.
So what I started doing was copying and pasting my campaigns over from Adwords. Wow - that's a lot of work. I could absolutely kick myself because if you've already got an account, you can still use quicklanuch.

You get full instructions from what in my case was a very helpful manager at MSN. I just wish I'd found out sooner. I'd have saved myself some time.
I thought I'd post this in case you're in the same situation. And to say thanks to MSN.
