adCenter Maintenance Today

Important- Please Read!

I couldn't get into any of my accounts earlier today, and phone support let me know there is maintenance being done.
FYI- if you try to log in too many times, your account will be disabled for up to 12 hours- as is mine right now because of this.

I did notice a missing "Reports" tab. I do not remember receiving a notification from them about a maintenance.
I log in several times a day to check my camapigns.
That doesnt seem fair about blocking people who login several times.

Hi Heartlander,
There was maintenance today that shouldn't have affected your ability to log in, edit your campaigns, etc. and I am sorry this happened for you. As shman said the Reporting tab was unavailable for a couple hours.

Was anyone else unable to login during the maintenance? Please let me know.

Yeah- I still can't get in, and could not late last night either.
Telephone support told me yesterday to give it 12 hours.

I'll say this though- if there have been any charges to my account, one would expect they are NOT going to count toward my budget....if they have, we'll be talking long and hard about budget credits.
Fingers crossed on getting that resolved in a timely manner.
Nothing is timely with this program, I'm afraid.

I also log in several times a day- but a problem arises when it does not accept your log-in info.
You only get around 5 attempts and it's nap time for a couple days, apparently.

Yeah, I keep getting errors right now as well. Can't do anything in the account.
