Anybody developing for the MSN adcenter API?

I have an API access key but I keep getting unauthorised exceptions from my code - do you need to have a special access key for the API to develop with it? Someone mentioned to me that most API keys given out are for the 3rd part tools for Atlas or Bidbuddy etc and not for developing applications with.

No idea, where did you get that api access from anyway?

Just moaned at my account manager a few times until they sent me one. But im not sure its even for developing their API, rather to use a bid tool like Atlas who have already developed for it.
