Self Service Bid Management Tool for MSN AdCenter?

Are there any tools out there like KeywordMax or ApexPacific that currently have integration with MSN AdCenter? I don't want to work with an agency, I'm looking for a self-service tool. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Omniture SearchCenter is enabled for AdCenter but it won't work without an API Key...which Microsoft won't give out to advertisers.
