Can you send the visitor direct to the merchants landing page or are there similar restrictions as with Google Adwords?

I have a yes and a no in my experience.... although I think the no was because it was gabling orientated... so I say yes.

I'm doing direct-to-merchant PPC on adCenter, AFAIK there's no problem.

Direct to merchant is fine.
