Impressed with MSN sales

Activated some time ago a few MSN US ads, could not figure out how to also activate UK ads, so I posted a help message to MSN.

Got a call the next day from the UK. And we are located about 10,000 km's away. I am impressed!

Yes, the sales staff are keen, but wait until you have a problem. It seems that they ONLY have sales staff. A month of asking simple questions has got us nowhere.

Agree. Think I got a bit carried away here:-)

I really, really want to give MSN my money. But, my god, to setup campaigns or worse to administer them, what a pain.

Now keywords get rejected. Same keywords which run well under google, overture UK, DE, US etc...

Plus the speed! I am using Firefox (coz quite frankly Explorer 7.0 is still lousy) and the speed at which AdCenter pages load or refresh is simply unacceptable.

I am still trying, but patience is running thin.

Ok, one step closer to giving up...

As keywords are now denied, I thought I send a quick mail to the sale rep. who called me, asking for assistance.

Hmmm, she mails me back the toll free UK help number. Only problem is our office is abt 10.000 km's away from the UK.

Oh well.... guess she sits a call center somewhere in the Philippines/India etc..
