not only that, you'll get a lot of emails about rejected keywords and ads. when you speak to someone at msn to ask why, they usually say, we don't know, it should have been ok.
They are also very funny with disclaimers on sites. we were on the phone 3 times yesterday having to change and add things to our disclaimer on the site so we could fit their criteria.
Maybe i'll ask them to manage the site for me, they seem to like doing that at the moment.
On the bright side, we already know about 5 of their staff very well from speaking to them for about 4 hours.
rejected keywords and ads
Yep seen that - got one word out of 150 approved - the only generic one that has the broad match.
Seems every other keyword took the ad description over 70 characters.
So I have a few gripes already....
1. Speed - SOOOOOO slow
2. Great idea having {keyword} - but not when you do not get warned when submitting all the keywords that you are over the 70 characters
3. How the hell do you get rejected resubmitted for checking?
4. No group or campaign negatives for broad matches? Is that right?
Could be a great system - but don't like at the mo. Will not spend time on uploading thousands of ads right now that's for sure!
