Problems Resuming Campaigns/Orders

Most adcenter users know that pausing campaing is not realtime and it takes hours or sometime a full day to stop...But now it seems Resuming the previously paused campaigns/orders is not working too?

I rang Adcenter today with this very same question. In normal circumstances it takes 3 hours but due to the maintenance they were performing today it could take longer.

I resumed my campaigns 15 hours ago and still the keywords aren't showing in msn.com

It is good to know I'm not the only one.

I assume they will come back soon.

I have one site set to display ads four days per week - Thr, Fri, Sat, Sun. Last week they never resumed after the three days off.

i paused my campaign yesterday at this time...My ads just stopped showing...24 hours later...This needs to be addressed ASAP...

anyone seeing their ads appear - it has been 24hrs since I resumed my ads. I'm hoping that MSN will send out an email to explain what is happening.

Just spoke with MS. Seems numbers have not updated in adCenter for a couple of weeks.

Campaign is set to run in Canada only which is a selection in AdCenter. They are only running in Canada if the Canadian user has selected "search entire Net" rather then in .CA. Said .CA may be turned on this fall.

Hi everyone,
The support team has informed me that the ad delays customers were seeing last week should be decreasing and the lag between pause & resume should now be around 5 hours. The development team is currently working to reduce this lag and I apologize for this inconvenience.

If you're seeing lags greater than 5 hours, please let me know so I can escalate to our support team.
