Anybody getting invitation e-mails after you've already signed up?

I just got a welcome to MSN adCenter e-mail with my current user name inviting me to sign in and get started. I've been going for well over a month now, anybody else seeing this e-mail, and does it mean anything? Is this just a random e-mail reminding inactive advertisers to sign-in?
