Please confirm this billing rule

I was told this by a rep, never read about this online

Let's say your anniversary date is on the 6th, but you were just billed by hitting your threshold on the 1st.

You won't be billed on your anniversary date because you were billed within 10 days of the anniversary date.

Because of that, your next date to be billed will be 10 days following the 1st -- the 11th -- or if you hit your threshold again.

If this is true it might be a good idea to make this clearly known for those of us who are sensitive to billing.

Though customer billing balances are normally settled on the billing anniversary date, there are two exceptions:

· If a customer set up the initial account on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, the months that do not have those dates in them, the billing anniversary date will then be the last day of the month.

· Billing will not occur if a billing threshold charge has been processed for the account within 10 days of the billing anniversary date.

In the event of the latter, the next billing will occur on the billing anniversary date OR if you hit your billing threshold, whichever comes first.
