A Record Time

Account was paused at 9:30am EST

I paused my account for strategic reasons at 9:30am EST and the ads are still running as of 12:36am.

I am NOT looking forward to explaining this to customer service. Every time I try to explain that I paused my ads, they seem to be under the impression that it takes 2 hours max for the ads to stop running. This is clearly not the case.

I will admit that my customer service experience was 100x better with this call about the ad pauses.

The rep acknowledged issues with the pauses and quickly said he will give me a credit for charges accrued after my pause.

Well, the phone call was a step in the right direction!
