What we don't like are companies releasing bad applications, and then not solving the issues we raise.
I spend a lot of money on PPC, I use adwords, overture and adcenter.
I change my budgets for the providers depending on how their applications work and the traffic they send.
I do not consider myself a "pioneer". All these companies charge me the full rate for each click so being nice while they fix their problems is something I'm not interesred in.
I have kept my adwords expenditure about the same over the last 3 years, I have slashed my Overture budget to 10% of its orignal spend, for me the jury is still out on adcenter.
The slating of adcenter will stop when they get their system to work to justify our bills.

Whilst I agree with TerriGW that some of the criticism is unfairly harsh (a few posters out there seem to be very, very unhappy people. Miserable in fact)I think it's fair to expect that people are going to feel the need to vent occasionally. Whilst it would be better if criticism was constructive, it is sometimes hard to be constructive when one is experiencing fits of rage due to hours of lost time interacting with a buggy interface that would surely drive Ghandi to violence.
On a brighter note, those of us who persist can enjoy the benefits of less competion as our competitors run off screaming back to whence they came.
