What is Adcenters policy about trademark terms? Are you allowed to use them in the advert itself?
Is it legal to do this anyway?

only if you're a licensed re-seller, plus you have to send them proof from the company that does hold the TM. Not sure what though. I just read something about it in the help files a few minutes ago.

Hi Jon12345, Our official policy is that we don't allow advertisers to bid on trademarked terms unless, as t2teddy said, you're an authorized reseller.

There are so many trademarked terms nowadays that unless you do a search, you might be unknowingly be infringing a trademark.
Does Adcenter have a check to stop you accidentely entering a trademark term?
