adCenter: 3 hours to pause/resume ads?

Why is it still taking 3+ hours (on average) to see ads after resuming campaigns and 3 hours after pausing ads before they actually stop appearing and receiving clicks?

3+ hours is way too long. MSN please make this a top priority - you've had a long time to fix. What's taking so long?

MSN needs to rectify this. We paused several high traffic orders and 5 hours later there's still no slow down in our traffic.

Google appears to pause / restart almost instantly.

adCenter411 what's the official line re timescales for pause / resume to take effect?

Hi Simon,
The average time to pause or resume a campaign is 3 hours, it's sometimes more, sometimes less. The product team is working to make this shorter, and once we get this resolved I'll let you know.

My campaigns stop running, and I'm loosing because of them and their error

I wonder if they disclose this in their services during sign-up and while posting. Sounds like a huge liability to charge for a campaign after a request to pull the ads.

Current campaign pause is around 8 hours!

We paused our campaign yesterday at 10PST when we discovered a connectivitiy problem at our hosting provider. Our site was unavailable until 16PST You were still delivering traffic at 18PST!

I asked for a campaign resume at 19PST and still waiting at 1PST.

This is urgent. When is this update planned for?

Why am I concerned? Because we were spending 75 USD an hour during the period we had paused the campaign when we couldn't use the traffic!
