Forum Moderators: werty
We have had an extraordinarily difficult time getting started moving our several hundred PPC clients into Adcenter. Specifically, despite numerous phone calls, promises of call backs and support email after support email, we are no further on obtaining an agency rep or somebody that we can deal with consistently that can help us migrate a potentially huge amount of spending over into Adcenter. It's amazing to me that a new service with a marginal market share is not doing everything in it's power to help firms like ours give them money!
We have set up several accounts but need some sort of Adwords MCC equivalent or some way to effectively manage a large number of campaigns.
Can Adcenter411 perhaps provide us with some guidance? Or can anyone else with better luck provide us with some insight?
Thank you thank you!
Mike

... I don't think you took into account the fact that in Microsoft's eyes, you're a marginal business and they are in the ones with the money. Just because adCenter is a small branch doesn't mean the hierarchy ends somewhere before Gates (Until he's gonzo). Although, I totally agree, the service should be very much improved.
