When you try to reply to a support email, the mailto address does not pop up in the "To" window.
You have to copy and paste...Please fix!

Try sending it anyways. When I copy and paste the support address I don't get a response. If I call to follow up, I am told they are not received. It seems support may have a filter built in... hmmm... Have you tried clicking reply with a different e-mail service?

It is sent with their own product -- Microsoft Outlook 2003!
