Thanks in advance for your help!
I have had the same problem. I just usually guess what is wrong with the ads.
If Adcenter would make a few SMALL changes their revenues would sky rocket.
I am SICK SICK SICK SICK SICK of being a beta tester for adcenter.. Sick of it! I signed up as an advertiser and have been beta testing for 2.5 months,
What a Joke!
This is one of the areas where MSN could learn from Google and send the particular information as to why an ad is rejected in the e-mail. Only providing a link to the content guidelines is pointless. If we knew the reason for the rejection, then we could also request an exception or a more detailed explanation. I know, that requires customer service and a larger expenditure of money than some algorithm that always follows the same rules.
What irks me is that some of these were profitable ads, and for the life of me I don't know why they were rejected. I could make money with these ads and so could MSN.
Tell 'em you want to appeal the rejections and then they'll send you a form to fill out that you send back. The editorial review takes one or two days depending on if they have an overflow of appeals.
As for finding out why your ad was rejected, all you do is go to your Ads page - click the word 'rejected' and that takes you to the editorial explanation - which often doesn't make a lot of sense anyway ;)
To see why a KW was rejected just click on it on your keyword list.
