Forum Moderators: werty
They have a long, long way to go. Who coded this site you have to wonder.? whoever he/she is...not even close to being a professional. Ugly, confusing and buggy.
ADVICE TO ALL: STAY AWAY!
The problem is that you don't know if you're getting a good return for days because their reporting is so far behind. It could turn out that you're losing your shirt---but you won't know it right away. And if you try to pause your budget-eater, it may not pause for 3 or 4 hours.
I wouldn't recommend testing any brand new campaigns on Adcenter. Try them out on Google first. If they perform well, move them over BUT WATCH THEM closely.
If you have campaigns with a huge list of negative keywords, don't use them in Adcenter because their negative keyword list is limited to 1022 characters.
I am using Adcenter on a few good-performing campaigns that have been previously tested in Google. I am getting a good ROI on these, but I'd like to test a bunch of brand-new campaigns with Adcenter. I can't do that yet because their data isn't real-time enough to do testing. So right now I'm in a holding pattern and not adding any new campaigns until they get some of these issues corrected.
I wouldn't recommend Adcenter to PPC newbies. If you're experienced and can afford to lose some money while trying out their system, go for it. Otherwise, you may want to wait until they get some more of the kinks ironed out.

Please AdCenter411 -- The above is HUGE! I blew through a ton of $$$$$ because of this...Fortunately, the ROI was great, so I did very well.
However, the above is still dangerous...MSN seriously needs to at least get real-time pausing to start.
They need to get real-time activating of ads and pausing of ads. Seriously MSN it's not that hard - I thought you were supossed to be an industry leading software company? This programming of this AdCenter is amateurish at best. The speed at which you are addressing these issues is unacceptable as well.
People should be fired over this fiasco and as far as "Bill" stating on TV to give him 5 years to overtake Google.......... he no longer lives in the real world nor has any idea of the poor quality of this latest effort.
