is Min Bid really 0.05 or like 0.99?

okay this is officially confusing:

the givens:

1. ads are approved
2. keywords are approved
3. 4 days has passed
4. min bid is 0.05

the observation:

ads show only for some of the keywords!? how is that possible?

PS: adcenter support has been quite courteous and even replied my emails in less 1 hour. thanks guys! in their last email they have hinted that here 'WW' is a good place to share tips.

I have run into the same exact problem. Ported over all my adwords keywords, set to broad match mostly, and got them all approved. Set max bids on all to $0.07.

Yet only some of them are showing. One example is one of our primary keywords. On the search results only 6 ads are showing, so there is definitely room for ours to show, yet it doesn't. This is a super-high relevant keyword for our site, and even the useless AdCenter tech support agrees with me that it is a super high relevant keyword. Yet they can't seem to explain to me why it isn't showing... they just keep suggesting I raise my bid to a very high amount and try for the #1 slot.

well i raised the bids to 0.20, they started to show up; HOWEVER, they stopped after a couple of hours. which made it more mysterious!

Do you have your budget set to "divide budget across the month" or "spend budget until depleted"? I have mine set on the latter and my ads show all the time.
