The weird thing is, my keywords and ad's are showing as 'approved'.
Anyone know if the 'Submitted' status means that the order is waiting for review?
Thanks in advance,
James.
Thanks for the response. When I first checked my ad wasnt showing and as the status hasn't changed I kind of assumed it was still being approved. The stats don't show any impressions though which is weird. Unless it's just the keywords I'm using that aren't being searched for, but that would be quite unusual.
I will check to see whether they are appearing now though.
I called technical support and the guy I talked to was pretty clueless. After more than 30 minutes on the phone, he couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. His only suggestion was that I should optimize my ads and check again tomorrow.
One other thing I just noticed: MSNPTC/1.0 has not been by to check my landing page. (See [advertising.msn.com...]
This is an old problem in the 'Geek' world of retail: a customer stands there with money in one hand to buy the Geek's service, and in the other hand has a need the Geek says he can meet; but the Geek is a Geek and does not understand retail: which is -- if a customer is there in front of you with money in one hand and a need in another, you meet his need, and take his money; not ask him to meet your Geek need.
MSN has had a lock on competition for far too long. It's still thinking like it's the only guy on the block selling what it's selling. No wonder they lost the search engine fight to Google, and will probably lose this PPC fight too.
So I guess I am not alone. My Campaign too is suffering from the same problem. For the past two days my ads are running on MSN adcenter and the best part is that I have already started getting traffic.
The Campaign and Order still only show "Submitted" and there is no activity report for the same. Mr. Adcenter how much time will it take for you guys to show us the stats and activity report.
