have they really opened up the AdCenter accounts?
Tried calling for phone support, but it goes to somebodys nextel cell phone and asks you to leave a message. Really, now.. is that what phone support consists of?
Sorry for not checking back on this thread. After I got a working #, I was so busy, I forgot to check back.
My account had/has lots of problems and they're (adCenter) still working on them. Apparently, I had one of the old beta test accounts set up last September for Singapore-English and only Singapore was served.
I was getting the BAD number off of the "Help" link of that account(can't remeber the exact linking,.. but it was a link of a link that took you to a page that had an email icon for email support and a telephone icon for phone support. The phone support link displayed a toll-free number which when called, was answered by what sounded like some nextel customer's mobile phone greeting to leave a message.
My account's "help" has been fixed so the link now shows more information and you can finally link to a similar page (email/phone icons) and get thru to a good phone # for customer support. BUT.. the account still reflects the campaigns for English-Singapore, the adTracking still shows url code for sg, etc etc.
I'm waiting for a call-back tomorrow / Monday from the cust serv. rep who finally took ownership and gives me some hope that I don't have to re-create a new account and a re-cycle thru editorial approvals, etc etc.
