How to update bids?

I just keep getting errors.

Are other people successful in updating their bids in IE?

I just updated my bids and didn't have any problems.

This is nuts. I just tried again. I go in and go to Order #1, go into there where my keywords are listed. I change a bid under "Base Bid". I scroll to the bottom and click Save. It gives me an error and says System Error: Please contact MSN Customer Support and refer to this error number: 1.

When I don't change anything and click Save, it works. If I change a bid, it gives me the same error every time.

Using IE7 - can't update bids - 5 days now!

FWIW, updated bids have worked, for the most part, for me today.

Nope, I never did check with tech support. If it hadn't worked today, I was going to do that.
