Google has some information on unwanted mobile redirects (what they call "sneaky redirects") here:

These are typically caused by ad networks, but if the redirects are conditional (only delivered to certain users, then not shown to that user again), is there a good way to find the culprit? Maybe a mobile web scan of some kind that can determine what ad network served it?
