Need to convert one page static site to responsive

Hi I have a one page static website which basically has links to various tech articles from the web.

What's the best way to make the responsive site!

the easiest way, assuming the page is laid out in columns.

put each column in a div, use css media queries to set the width of each column depending on the viewport size and float left or right as required

for one simple page it is very easy - no complicated stuff is required at all.

There's also quite a few free templates available that would make a responsive page.
