What does it do that you cannot do with Firefox or Chrome developer tools? Evenn showing multiple sizes at once is done (better) by FF web developer extension.

Indeed - for those with the "Web Developer" extension, Resize >> View responsive layouts is a very handy tool.

I use SHIFT+CTRL+M in FF, i think this one is built in and has the ability to take image snapshots and set the size manually. I have a home-cooked script that captures the screen resolution of the visitor so that comes handy when testing for none full screen on Desktop/Laptop screens

And on occasion "Resize >> View responsive layouts" in FF.

On the other hand I could load a site in Resizer in IE, just to check spot what it looks like in that browser.

Shows only small screens up to 1366 width
The smartphone does not show, the zoom factor, which is applied to bring a 600 width design on a smaller smartphone

There is no testing for larger screens. My layout is for smartphone up to 4K.
