Has anybody installed this effectively on OS X v. 10.1.5?

I'm having problems, specifically, I'm getting the following error message:

sudo apachectl configtest
dyld: /usr/sbin/httpd can't open library: /usr/local/lib/libdl.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

I'm running Apache/1.3.23 (Darwin) and PHP/4.2.2...
