Change Virtual PC 7 Disk Size?

I just installed Virtual PC 7 for some of my web programs. For some reason it is set to take up 15gigs of space. 5 gigs would be much better. Does anyone know how to change/reset the amount of space virtual pc uses?

We've decided to avoid buying VP7, but it might still work the same as 6. In Virtual PC 6, you need to fully shut down the virtual machine, then go to:

Window Menu > Virtual Disk Assistant ...
Examine or modify existing disk image > Select a hard drive image attached to a PC > (Pick yours)

At that point, you can either convert the drive to a fixed-size drive or just reclaim (like defragmenting) the unused space. That 15 gigs isn't actually used right away -- it's just how big it will get before complaining.

How do you like VPC 7 so far? Are you a previous VPC 6 user?

Honestly not the happiest. It is slow and uses up all 512mb I give it. If I don't give it that much it is even slower. Although installed havn't even used it yet. To much of a pain.

What programs have you installed on it?

I run VPC 6 just to check Win IE 6, 5.5 and 5. I only give it 128 megs of RAM and it's slow, but I expected as much (I accept that limitation so I can keep it running all the time instead of booting it each time I need to do a "IE-reality" check).

It is slow in windows itself, but I usually only use it for a little windows app I need for my website ticket system. I have pretty much given up on it however. Even with 1 gig ram on a 1.33 g4 powerbook it just is soooo..... slow.
