Missing filters

Anyone have any ideas why the following commands might be missing (greyed out) from the filters list:

>Artistic
>Brush strokes
>Sketch
>Texture
>Video
>Fontomatic

I am running OSX on a G4 with PS7 (fully licensed)

try switching into RGB mode - some only work that way.
